This Privacy Policy explains what CryptoStratium ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
We never receive your Binance API keys or secret. They are stored, encrypted, only on your own device by the desktop or mobile application, and are used there to place your orders. We cannot see them, and we cannot access or move your funds. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
To create and operate your account, verify your e-mail address, deliver signals, provide support, keep the Service secure, and comply with legal obligations.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It is essential to the Service and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
The Service works alongside Binance, TradingView, and Telegram. When you connect or use those services, your interactions with them are governed by their own privacy policies. We share personal data with service providers only as needed to operate the platform, or where required by law.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your e-mail and phone number from your Profile page, and you can request account deletion by contacting us.
Passwords are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS, and access to accounts is protected by a session token. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the Service means you accept it.
