These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CryptoStratium ("the Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CryptoStratium is an automation tool. It relays trading signals — created by you, by a group you follow, or by a connected source such as a TradingView webhook — to a small application that runs on your own device. That application places the corresponding orders on your own Binance account using API keys that you provide and that remain on your device. CryptoStratium is a bridge; it is not a broker, exchange, fund, or investment adviser.
Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Signals, indicators, and any figures shown are information only and are not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for every trading decision made on your account.
Trading cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Prices are volatile. Automated orders execute without any further confirmation from you, and a signal may be wrong, late, or based on incorrect data. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and your Binance API keys secure, and for all activity under your account. We recommend creating Binance API keys with spot trading enabled and withdrawals disabled, so the keys can never move funds out of your account. We never receive your Binance API keys and cannot access or withdraw your funds.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, not to disrupt or abuse the platform or other users, and not to copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service or its applications without our written permission.
The Service works alongside third parties such as Binance, TradingView, and Telegram. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms. Outages, changes, or errors on their side may affect the Service.
Access to the Service may require an active licence. Any trial period, licence duration, and applicable fees will be communicated to you, and we may change them with reasonable notice. Your licence is personal to you and may not be shared.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that signals will be delivered or executed, or that the Service will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoStratium is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses caused by downtime, missed or erroneous signals, order execution, or exchange or network issues.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
