One account, the exchange you choose
When you set up your account, the first question is which exchange you trade on. You can change it later on Vault & Risk. One account trades on one exchange at a time, so a signal is never placed twice on two exchanges.
What follows from your choice
- Order sizes follow that exchange's own rules for each coin: lot step, minimum size and minimum order value.
- Coins: your signal, coin and report lists show the coins your exchange trades. A signal for a coin it does not list is skipped.
- Results: our bots measure their results on Binance prices, so fills on Bybit or OKX can differ slightly.
API keys for each exchange
- Binance: API key and secret, with spot trading on and withdrawals off.
- Bybit: API key and secret with spot trading permission only. A key without an IP restriction expires after about 90 days, so renew it in time.
- OKX: API key, secret and passphrase, with trade permission only. OKX deletes a trading key without an IP restriction after 14 days without use.
You type the keys into the app, where they stay encrypted on your device. CryptoStratium never sees them and cannot move your funds. See the trading apps.
Switching later
You can switch on Vault & Risk. Coins your app bought on the old exchange stay there and are no longer sold by signals; the page lists them before you confirm, so you can close them yourself.
Questions
Which exchanges does CryptoStratium support?
Binance spot today, with coins traded against USDT. Bybit and OKX are coming to the apps; you will then choose one exchange for your account.
Will I get every signal on Bybit or OKX?
Not always. Each exchange lists its own coins: a signal for a coin your exchange does not list is skipped. Binance usually lists the most coins.
Do I need a new app for Bybit or OKX?
Yes: Bybit and OKX need the next version of Strat Crypto NextGen and Strat Crypto NextGen Mobile. It will be on your Profile page when it is ready.
